Kevin grew up in rural Basile, Louisiana and graduated from Basile High School in 1999. He attended college at Northwestern State University where he studied Political Science and History. Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his B.A. from Northwestern State in May of 2003. Kevin studied law at the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University as well as in Lyon, France. Kevin was awarded CALI awards for highest grade in Contracts as well as in Legal Research and Writing while studying law at LSU.

Since coming to the firm in August of 2006, Kevin's diversified practice has focused mainly on Commercial and Industrial litigation. Kevin has experience representing individuals, small businesses, and large industrial and commercial clients in complex civil litigation. He has successfully represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of cases, including Construction Litigation, Personal Injury Defense, Contractual Disputes, Product Liability Defense, and Product Warranty and Redhibition matters. Kevin has extensive experience in the area of Industrial Premise Liability Defense, including representation of industrial clients in Toxic Tort and Noise Exposure cases. He has assisted in the defense of numerous oil and gas companies against claims relating to alleged pollution and contamination to property, as well as all types of oil and gas litigation. Kevin also represents financial institutions as well as commercial businesses in serious collection matters.


Kevin and his wife, Lynsay, have two young children, Anna Kate and Christopher. He enjoys spending time with his family, including his closely knit extended family, and cooking traditional Cajun food. He is an avid supporter of his Alumni, the LSU Tigers, as well as the New Orleans Saints. Kevin is a Parishioner at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.

Kevin believes that his personal background, growing up in a farming family in rural Evangeline Parish, allows him to bring a common sense approach to the practice of law, providing his clients with friendly yet passionate representation in every case.
